Service repositories use reusable Jenkins Shared Libraries to standardize build, test, security, and packaging workflows. Versioned container images are published once to the registry, while environment-specific deployment state is maintained separately in Git-backed Helm configuration. Argo CD reconciles that desired state into staging and production Kubernetes environments, creating a consistent and traceable release path.

What was built

Designed a reusable delivery model around Jenkins multi-branch pipelines and Shared Libraries, standardizing build, test, security checks, artifact creation, and release workflows across 100+ services. Application images are built once and promoted through environments, while deployment state is version-controlled separately through Helm repositories and reconciled by Argo CD. This reduced pipeline duplication, improved release consistency, and created a traceable path from code change to production.
