Overview

What was built

Designed and delivered a full-stack identity self-service platform using React and Node.js, integrating securely with Active Directory for password resets, account unlocks, and profile operations. Sensitive actions are protected through authentication, validation, role-based access, rate limiting, least-privilege service accounts, and auditable operations. The platform brought identity workflows in-house and reduced password and account-related helpdesk requests by approximately 70%.
